A very lightly sparkling cider and our second blend from an orchard in Skidbrooke, Lincolnshire. It is also our last commercial bottling.
Nose: Clementines, apricot, sandalwood, gentle spice
Taste: oranges, red apples, stone fruit and a hint of clove. With a gentle acidity and a very smooth, dry but fruity finish

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, mucky funk. Taste is tart tangy, appley, citric fruit, zesty, with some funky notes, acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
