BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Yellowy golden colour, no head and aroma of perry peat, floral, funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, flowery, citric, eldrerflower, with some citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweetish drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable
