West Coast IPA steeped (hot side) on 20lbs/bbl of Fresh Strata from Goschie Farms!
Aroma is lovely fresh hops. Strawberry and orange and peach on the palate. Bitterness is present but not overwhelming. Finishes very clean.

Some butter, good malt, some piney hop, but yeah, butter. The summer I turned buttery?

On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has tangy hops, citrus, and light pine. Flavour is very odd, with some almost sour citrusy hop character, maybe some butter, and biscuity malt. Something is off here—not quite butter but similarly intrusive. Not good.

On tap at Chuck's - Greenwood. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Slightly sterile pine on the nose. Flavour has sterile pine and plastic tarps. Not very good.
