Rye Pale Ale brewed with rye malt and for the Carolina Panthers’ unofficial fan club The Roaring Riot tailgate. Hopped heavily with Cascade and Simcoe hops but with most of the additions being late to not make it overly bitter.

Citrus and some grapefruit. Pours golden orange with decent head. Nice bitter the finish. Can.

3 week old pint can A: Poured a big thick off white head with very good retention atop a clear rich orange gold body. Patchy lace left. S: Sweet, peppery and spicy notes of cassia or cinnamon along with zesty lemon and tangerine. T: Heavy orange peel and a bit of tart pulp. Rich toast and biscuit balance nicely. Spicy but not peppery finish. M: Fine carbonation, smooth texture and a powdery finish make for a great mouthfeel. O: Again I'm wowed by a NoDa product. This is very good.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color. Aroma of lightly spiced straw. Taste is spiced and lightly bready. Not bad.
