Lightly and refreshingly bitter, Mosaic Architect is so much darker than the sum of its ingredients.
Fort George and Ghost Town Brewing - together making Fresh Hops a tiny bit more metal.

Can from Gourmet Haus to glass. This is great! Grassy and tropical notes jump out of the glass. Clear light gold with sustained off-white head. Gritty, grassy, dank flavor. Wonderful fresh hop.

On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright piney hops, tropical melon, and biscuity malt. Flavour is full of Mosaic, with big piney hops, tropical melon, and dry biscuity malt. Bright piney and melon on the finish. Top-shelf fresh westie.

On tap at Chuck's - Greenwood. Pours clear gold with a white head. Tons of bright, tangy pine, hints of tropical fruit on the nose. Flavour has super dank pine, nice and bright hop expression, light and doughy, not much bitterness. This is excellent.
