We teamed up with our close friends at Taps Growler House and Beer Reserve and came up with this delicious fresh hop WCIPA. We added 20lbs per barrel of Fresh/Wet Mosaic hops from Coleman's Mt Angel farm, along side some of our favorite lots of Mosaic. This beer will smack you in the taste buds with fresh hop flavor. Clean and crisp and sits well on the palette, a must for anyone who loves Mosaic hops like we do!

Sample at GABF 10/10/2026, thanks to Beer Savant for assistance with note-taking. Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Grassy hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grassy hop, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, doughy notes, and light oily resins. Flavour is fresh as hell and clean, with bright piney hops, light grass, and doughy notes. Bright, fresh piney finish. Excellent.

On tap at Chuck's - Greenwood. Pours light gold with a light haze and a white head. Tons of dank and piney hops on the nose. Flavour is super dank with nice dry woody pine. Fantastic hop expression.
