C'est l'hiver dernier que ce joli breuvage naquit de nos mains et fourquets dans la brasserie des @bieresney en Franche-Comté... si ses céréales et houblons sont de Bourgogne Franche-Comté, l'élevage de Spo-Ney fut conduit plusieurs mois, à la brett fraîche dans les demi-muid de la @nano_brasserie_spo dans la vallée de Munster par Seb son brasseur sauvage...

Draught Dull yellow beer with some lace. Green papaya, faint asafoetida, vegetable scrapings, citrus. Sour-sweet fruity flaovurs, again green papaya, some other grains. More delicate than the nose strangely. Acidthinning, low carbonation, vivid sour flavours, some acidburn. Brettanomyces seems to hide behind the fruitflavours, making it all the more original. Pretty good, and starting from lager, at that!

Tap at Billies. Bit hazy light golden. Bretty, wheat. Soft lemon, oak, creamy grains. Light sweet and sour. Medium bodied. Not bad!

A hazy golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of barnyard, funk, brett, yellow fruits. Taste of yellow stone fruits, brett, lime, easy to drink.
