From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage & Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London 02.06.22. Cloudy orange straw colour. Fine aroma and taste of medium sweet cider apples, sweet apple peel, a hint of cinnamon and moderate bitterness in aftertaste. Well balanced. Uncarbonated. Very drinkable.

Sampled from a bag in box tap at the Blue Vinny in Puddletown, Dorset. Very hazy amber with no head. Aroma of sweet apples, lightly floral notes and wood. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Light to medium bodied, very dry and flat carbonation.
