BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Deep orangey golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, mellow, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, appley, fleshy, some tartness, floral hints, citric, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying juicy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
