Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap at Bakuon 2025. Deep reddish amber color, lacy head. Whisky nose, vanilla, caramel, touch of cherry. Nice oaky flavor, lots of caramel, vanilla, not heavy body. Tasty stuff.

Minami Shinshu/Ogna Cask Red
This was a limited 10L keg that was a deep russet brown with tan foam and a woodsy oaky cacao aroma. Full bodied and smooth this was a malty but pretty smooth brew. Great stuff.
