Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Mole Stout
Our third iteration of this bourbon barrel-aged Mexican Mole stout is here—now crafted without lactose so everyone can enjoy. Aged since summer 2022 in a blend of Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, Heaven Hill, and George Dickel barrels, Leche Reserva delivers a full-bodied experience packed with complexity.
Built on layers of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and warming spice, this year’s blend features a custom chili mix of Ancho, Guajillo, and lightly smoked Chipotle peppers, alongside Ceylon cinnamon, Filipino cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla. The result is a smooth, smoky, subtly sweet stout with a soft heat and a waffle cone finish. Show Less

Very dark brown. No head. Rich and boozy, big chocolate and the chiles are cascabel, chipotle. Fat malt tang. Cinnamon and chile come in late.
