The final release in our fifth anniversary IPA series is the biggest beer we've ever done. Inspired by our good friends at Third Moon, Summit is our first ever quintuple IPA. Brewed with a huge amount of Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Hyperboost, and Citra, we're getting notes of pithy orange, grapefruit and white wine grape.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 19/04/2026.
Murky fruit smoothie orange topped with a just off white head.
Nose is juicy tropical fruit esters, pine resin, papaya, mandarin, lychee.
Taste comprises mango flesh, raw pineapple, grass, dank chimes, mandarin, grapefruit, pine resin.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a rising boost.
Solid.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head that doesn't last long. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Fairly thin bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Things ramp up from there. Forward hop spice. A slightly vodka like alcohol. Crisp cooling pine and, slightly skunky hop fruits. Fairly juicy citrus and a good spread of generic hop fruits, touch of winey Nelson, of you are looking for it. Airy hop spicy finish. Pretty well done. Some alcohol obvious but not 13.5% obvious. Pretty drinkable.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Cloudy straw colour, minimal head. Aroma of mango, papaya and pineapple. Sweet with medium to full body and clean mouthfeel. Husky and fruity with papaya and syrup. Low bitterness in a peppery finish.
