Our take on the traditional German festbier. This 2025 version with Mittelfruh was brewed as part of the Temperance Lager Project (TLP). Naturally carbonated through fermentation and aged for almost 3 months in horizontal tanks. Made to be drank in large quantities, zum Wohl!

Draught at Pien Shop, Helsinki.
Poured clear and golden in color, frothy white head.
Malty and sweetish but nice grassy light bitter finish. Quaffable.

Nice body, mildly hoppy, clean and crisp. Grassy and floral, fairly dry, smooth, very lekker.
