A Sour Ale with Cranberries. We used a uniquely aromatic base malt and a large percentage of roasted oat malt for the base of this brilliantly red ale. Lactobacillus and Cranberries added during fermentation brings a refreshing tartness and a dry finish. The aroma and taste are young spring strawberries, rhubarb, and red Jolly Ranchers.
