Our 9th Birthday sour combines tart and sweet jammy berries, with creamy vanilla and spongy cake. 9 years ago, the Victoria Sponge sour didn't exist, and we couldn't be happier to say it now does!

Can. Hazy reddish amber beer, a good pale head. Airy and fairly smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Mild smooth malts bring just enough creamy sweetness to balance out the other tart elements. Berry fruits, a little vanilla. Rhubarb and red berries. Airy and slightly crisp finish. Not bad, reasonably well balanced.

440ml can. Pours murky reddy purple with a medium head. Aroma is jammy strawberry, raspberry seeds and cherry. Taste has sour strawberry and tart raspberry seeds throughout, with a little lactose sweetness.
