Ox Breath is a blend of bittersweets and sharps which compliment eachother to give a crisp medium cider.

A medium dry blend from all of the single variety apples from Oxenhall. Dymock Red, Ellis Bitter, Frederick, Dabinett and Kingston Black. When cider apples are blended, the finished product is a more rounded and often a more complex drink. If you've tried these apples as single varieties, now see what happens when you put them all together.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, citric. Taste is sweet & tart, appley, citrusy, fleshy fruity with some acidity and alittle mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable
