BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, ripe fruit, floral citric. Taste is perry pear, elderflower, citrus, with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying ripe peary acidic finish. Quite drinkable
