BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, flowery, meaty funky. Taste is sweetish & tart, floral, elderflower, perry pear, citric, with some funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying peary citric acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
