BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pale golden colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of perry pear, fruit, funk hint. Taste is sweet, perry peary, flowery citric, elderflower, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable
