50cl bottle pours a crystal clear, pale gold with no head. Nose has apples, green apple skins, a touch of sulfur. Flavor has apples, some sulfur, green apple skins. Dry and tart. 6 2 6 2 10

Bottle: Clear, yellow gold with a small white ring. Smoky, peppery apple scent. Taste is sweet, and a little smoky.....very dry.... Really Good.

500 ml bottle at the late December DC RB Tasting. Poured a very pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was very light crisp apples. Some light sweetness to it. Flavor had a little bit of apple, light semi-sweet finish. Really nice.
