Shaker pint draft at Buffalo State Pizza Co in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is cereal grain, orange citrus, and a soft sweet cream. The taste is the orange citrus, softly bitter, and finishes with the faintly sweet cream. The palate is medium bodied with an unfiltered mouth feel, soft carbonation and the orange citrus cream finish. Nice hazy.
