There is sauerkraut in my lederhosen. I repeat: There is sauerkraut in my lederhosen! Which is exactly the way it should be when drinking a Oktoberfest-style Märzen, brewed with 100% imported German ingredients. Bring the bierhaus to your haus with this award-winning, ubër popular seasonal beer that delivers a blitzkrieg of rich malt and caramel sweetness. Pairs perfectly with traditional festival favorites, like Bauernseufzer, roasted pig knuckle, and Bavarian soft pretzels that are larger than your head. Oans, zwoa, g’suffa!

Pours amber no foam Smells very umintence Good carbo . Nicely malty . Good cereal. Re-rate 4y later. Same score, but more in depth detailed. Blind tasting with Dr. beer, in black glassware. smell is pretty clear, crunchy malts. Mild, fruity hoparomas, mandarins, no real yeastyness. Taste is light bitter, very intense coockiedough maltyness. Somehow remains clear. Typical US Style assertive bitterness, even though faded a little, still it leaves nice impressions. Clean, cripsy notes, pointing out the lager aspect. Very nice allover. Easy drinker, with loads of taste.
