Elderflower Kveik Pale
Kveik (which rhymes with bike, no matter how much you want to butcher it) Norwegian farmhouse yeast, coupled with wild elderflower from the fields of Aycliffe.
Zesty, floral and yeast-forward. And very refreshing.
