The juice is fermented to dryness, to produce a smooth, acid led, refreshing cider that showcases the fresh citrus fruit flavours that are characteristic of the Bramley apple. 750ml. 5.8%.

750ml bottle. Yellow gold colour, foamy white head and aroma of apple, iodine note, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, citrusy, with meaty funk and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.
