500ml bottle. Pours with a clear pale hued body. Carbonation is apparent, but does not leave much in the way of head, lace, legs, ect. Pretty standard cider appearance in other words. Aromas are bright, medium citrus (lemon, candied orange rind), light funk. Very mild VA and a hint of sulfur. Flavors are acidic, mildly funky (earthy, TCA, cheese), pretty dry but retains some fruitiness. Lightly leathery on the finish. Good tannin. Carbonation is medium low, with some viscosity to the body (for the ABV). Overall a pleasant, acidic cider.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light sweetness, farmhouse notes, and some treacle toffee. Flavour brings out dry farmhouse notes, some treacle toffee and dry crisp apple skins. Quite dry, with an apple-y, crisp but somewhat sweet finish. Very nice.
