Brewpub draught, 10/5/25.
Bright, near-cherry red. Good clarity. Soft copper hues behind it. Small, off-white head.
Big malt and moderate oak, but no big tannin, nothing raw. Dainty berries are not too acidic either, and there's a wheat-like softness/roundness.
Significantly different than their cherry lambic, with much more malt, and the alcohol being felt in the fullness and strength ( but nothing hot/raw). Fruity berry contributes a fun, piquant acidity. Juicy, soft, malty, tending lightly sweet, but helpful in balancing all of this acidity and light oak.
