Single Farm is our blended Missouri Farmhouse Pale Ale in which we explore the complexities and beautiful expressions of hops and our native mixed culture. For this most recent blend, we chose to express the Nelson and Motueka hop from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand by dry-hopping this light, billowy beer and then bottle conditioning to a lively level of carbonation.

750mL bottle, 2025, drunk 2/4/26, as pictured.
Juicy tropical fruits and light white grape mixing with mineral, rustic grains and gentle, yet-emerging Brett. Low acidity, no excess sugar, some peppery character and just an all-around easygoing balance and moderate aroma strength.
Really nice body on this, bolstered by ultra-tight, natural carbonation. Fluffy, rich, satisfying with ample bitterness from hops as well as tropical fruit skin, white wine and mineral. Mild Brett, still in the process of emerging, and will certainly have more of an impact as this beer ages. But it's lovely, flavorful, balanced and incredibly satisfying right now.

Sampled from the tap at Churchkey. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits and funk with grass and a touch of grain supporting. Flavor has tart light fruits and grass with a growing funk and a hint of grain.

Grapefruit, hard to tell what's from wild yeast and what's from Nelson. Pours hazy orange with good head and great lacing. Pretty good on colour. Somre bretta, light tart finish. Snally.
