Deep Copper with a white head. Aromas of toast, caramel, and spice. Soft medium bodied lager. This traditional Märzen style beer is loaded with flavors of bread crust, light toast, brown sugar, and light spicy notes from the german noble hops. This will pair well with your next Oktoberfest celebration, Prost!!

Undated can from the brewery, drunk 10/21/25.
Chill-hazed copper-brass-amber. Small, beige head.
Red fruit and a fair amount of toast. Light caramel. Not richly malty, but quite attenuated. Low hop character. Very clean. Lingering herb and mineral.
Toasty, maybe a bit more than it needs to be. But there's still decent base malt to create some soft, lightly sweet white bread and light caramel. Dries out a lot with mild, herbaceous hops and light bitterness. I prefer a more dry marzen, but this one may go a bit too far, leaving a bit too much cracker and toast lingering. The low hop character exacerbates this somewhat.
