La Claque est une DDH DIPA à la robe opaque orangée, chargée avec une grosse dose de houblons Idaho 7, Mosaic et Simcoe qui lui offrent des saveurs de fruits tropicaux et de pamplemousse avec des notes de pin résineux et une touche florale.
Son corps est rond et soyeux pour laisser les houblons s’exprimer.
Claque is a DDH DIPA with a cloudy orange robe, loaded with a large dose of Idaho 7 Cryo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops that offer tropical fruit and grapefruit flavors with hints of resinous pine and a floral touch.
Its body is round and silky to let the hops express themselves.

33cl can, de Carrefour La Chasse, Etterbeek, BB 01/2027.
Dorée, léger pâle, col épais crémeux blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité tropical - léger retrait de céréales, assez sec et poussiéreux en finalité. Léger fruité à noyaux en support avec un retour tropical.
Palais sur une DDH qui est bien présent - repris de suite par les houblons - ici des notes tropicales - papaye, avec en retrait un léger abricot - orange et mandarine avec une sensation d'infusion de thé noir.
