Amanita is our Mosaic forward IPA that also features Cascade grown and pelletized by our friends from Hop Culture Farms & Brew Co. in Colchester. Premium English Pale Malt and various kinds of wheat create a canvas for a soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet hop flavor delivery. This beer exudes flavors of dank citrus, mango, and ripe berries, with some nice subtle earthy floral notes. We love it so much that we gave it the name of one of our flagship imagery items.
