From a bottle at the RateBeer gathering 9/9/16. It is a cloudy golden color with an effervescent head. The aroma iis and the taste is a sour flavor of red wine and some hints of Granny Smith apples

Bottle courtesy of DCLawyer at my DC Departure Tasting. Cloudy golden color, massive white head. Peppery straw aroma. Taste is peppery dusty fruit. Hi carbonation interferes with the mouthfeel.

Mostly like the bretta lab 1, except this one is number two. You see the difference? I certainly do. This one, for example, tastes like light bretta grapefruit with some florals. The other one tasted like light bretta grapefruit with some florals. Amber pour with fizzy head. Tangy finish. Bottle.

500mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett funk and light Belgian yeast. Flavour is odd, with notes of bubblegum, lots of brett funk and champagne-y notes. Super highly carbonated, too much so. A bit off the mark.

500mL capped bottle. Kept this in a cabinet for about 6 weeks. About 10 min in a freezer. Pop the cap and poured with a very large foamy head, very foamy. Dark honey copper color, hazy. Aroma is sweet and spoiled fruits brett. So, not the best use of brett. Tickling carbonation. Again sweet and lightly salty spoiled fruits. A little thinned out flavor. I don’t hate the beer. Buttttttt it going to become a bottle bomb without the refined brett character. No grapefruit.

Bottle. Pours a near clear amber with a lively, large white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet fruits, flora, light funk and has a slight tartness. Flavor has a combination of sweet and tart fruits, flora and light funk supported by sweet grains.
