Bottle courtesy of DCLawyer and my DC Departure Tasting. Cloudy golden color, white head. Aroma of peppery straw. Taste is black peppery. Hi carbonation interferes with mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has sweet fruits and funk with a bit of sweet bread backing. Flavor has sweet tart fruits with a light acid and a good amount of funk.

500mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a huge white head that lingers. Aroma brings out loads of barnyard funk upfront, with a touch of pineapple, and lots of Belgian yeast. Flavour is huge on the brett funk, subduing the pineapple and leaving only funky critters. Huge carbonation which is a bit detracting but fairly fitting. Better than #2.

500mL capped bottle. Sitting in cabinet for about 6 weeks. Foamy, big head but not as crazy as the lab #2. Aroma has the light Brett C. Pineapple, well not light. But again a bit too sweet malt that may turn this into a bottle bomb. The sweetness in the flavor is a bit annoying.
