Esta cerveza la hemos elaborado con un poco de trigo (simbolizando el pan), calabaza en tacha y su ingrediente principal son las calaveritas de azúcar, representativas de la tradición. Con esta cerveza hemos tratado de capturar la quintaesencia de la Ofrenda del
Día de Muertos.

Lotsbof florals and some light citrus. Some light coriander. Not bad, though not a huge amount of cohesion. Slightly watery in texture. Amber pour without much head or lacing. Bottle from el Estadio Cancun.

From a bottle at the RateBeer gathering 9/9/16. Pours a hazy copper with an off white head. Aroma of toffee. Flavors of caramel.

Bottle at Travlr’s DC Departure RateBeer Tasting. Thanks solidfunk! Clear amber, no head. Aromas of caramel and butterscotch. Tastes of caramel, booze, butterscotch. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden amber color. Aroma of herbal caramel. Taste is sweet burnt caramel. Nice.
