Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy golden color. Nice aroma of citrus zest and funky yeast, elegant and deep. The funky yeast is even stronger in the flavor, strong coriander, salt, woody astringency, bitter orange peel. A bit too dry and astringent in the final though.
Excellent beer.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of barnyard funk upfront, with subdued dry hopping. Flavour is fairly pronounced on the brett, with lots of barnyard funk upfront which pretty much characterizes this. Some prominent astringency from the dry hopping on the finish which accentuates this nicely. Not a super robust flavour profile, but it is a very solid brett bomb. Really good.

Bottle shared at Travlr departure tasting. Poured into a snifter showing cloudy yellow with two fingers of clean white foam. The nose shows dry pine and cannabis. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Minty mouthfeel with fresh pine on the palate. Light bitterness on the finish.

A dry white wine type aroma dominates this beer. Some light citrus and pepper. Hazy golden pour with good head and lacing. Bitter finish with hint of oak. Bottle thanks to Gendv1e8.

750 ml bottle from Rare Beer Club, poured into a tulip. Chillhazy orange with off-white head, haze clears up after some time. Aromas of funk, Brett, citrus, peppery spice. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, yeast, light Brett, herbs. Medium body with a dry finish. Interesting IPA/saison hybrid, will be interesting to see how it evolves over time.

750 ml bottle from ABV. Pours a clear orange color with a large white head. A big funky brett nose, lemons. A soft palate, fresh brett, oranges, a smooth fresh hoppy saison with really funky undertones. Smooth, quite light, fresh. Quite good.
