Delicate apple blossom on the nose, gorgeous lacing acidity on the palate wraps around the delicious tannins of Ellis Bitter like a velvet glove. Hinting at raspberry, but overflowing with classic Herefordshire cider flavours. Ellis and Browns are both bright red apples, hence the name!

BIAB from Partizan Tavern. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, mucky funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, core, skin, with leathery funk and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
