Woburn draught, 10/10/25.
Clear, copper-brass. Little/no head.
Fruity, floral, is that the pepper? If so it's lovely. Do get some clove and white pepper from the yeast which works fine w the peppercorn.
More saison yeast than peppercorn, though there's a bit of buildup of pepper on the finish. Clove, white pepper, fruity and floral peppercorn. Light, not thin. Some honey and white bread from malt.
