Early Pick Nelson - 7% DDH West Coast IPA
A modern West Coast IPA highlighting Nelson from the very start of the harvest. Brewed with hops from the historic, sixth-generation family farm at Eggers Hops (Lot EH25-027J-NSN) we decided to create an extremely lean malt bill using Pilsner malt and a touch of wheat to really let the hops shine.
We’re tasting bright citrus, sauvignon blanc, feijoa with a hint of durian.

On tap at the Southampton Arms, London on 10th October 2025. Opaquely hazy dull yellow with dense, whitish foam affording scant lacing. Peachy fruitiness in aroma. Sharp citrus and tropical fruits abound in-mouth, and finish retains this fruity balance. There is just the suggestion of salt. Smooth yet crisp mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.
