A Pils inspired by some of our favorites from Franconia. We start with a hefty single decoction to build a nice firm body and hop generously. We used 100% Spalt Select through the boil (ok whirlpool too!). Spalt Select is a Nobel hybrid that gives a touch more citrus than its forbearers. Fermented with our house lager yeast and spunded for natural carbonation.
