Notre bière blanche revêt ses couleurs estivales. Tel le Zéphyr, cette bière d’inspiration Hefeweizen est agréable et douce. De couleur très pâle, le nez est sur les dominantes d’agrumes: pamplemousse, combava. En bouche, les notes subtilement épicées trahissent le style typique de bières de blé allemandes.

330ml bottle from Brasserie du Pays Flamand. Hazed dull golden yellow, large foamy bubble bath head. Fresh, floral, almost perfumed character. Nice but a bit thin on the ground and blurs the lines between a hefe and a floral saison.
