We adjusted the recipe a bit. We added more beechwood smoked malt to get more smokiness. The Smoker is very nice Rauchbier with a very clean smokiness and pleasant malt sweetness.

A slightly hazy amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of intense peated malt, whiskey, red malt. Taste of strong peated malt, whiskey, red malt, wood.
