On tap at Union Market Red Apron, pours a dark brown with some ecru head. Nose is very acetic pomegranate vinager, balsamic, some stale bread. Flavor has all that vinegar, some raspberry, caramel. Tart finish with some burn that's maybe acid or alcohol or worse, both. Overdone.

Draft at the source. Clear dark brown color, small tan head. Aroma has roasty cocoa powder and coffee grounds. Taste is roast with an edge of peppery funk, dry finish. Interesting.
