Not nearly as sweet as prior HBFTW beers I’ve tried (which is a welcome surprise) but still not great. Citrus pith, lemon zest, a touch of peach ring and passion fruit, and a firm mineral bitterness, but the texture’s all weird, overcarbonated and astringent as it warms. Not my thing.

Cloudy medium orange body, medium cream head. Initial aroma fairly light, crisp with citrus and pine, with more perfumy notes as it warms. Body perfumy with grapeskin, berries, lemon-lime, pine, and candy cigarettes, creamy and dry with a moderate bitter bite. Not quite the gin-and-tonic of some of their IPAs, but it leans in that direction, with a drier and different twist.
