Our collaboration with local coffee roasters, Method. Using their ‘Mexico La Mazateca’, we steeped the beans in cold water for 12 hours to gently extract their flavour, before blending the cold brew into the fermented beer. The result? A wonderfully balanced dark beer, rich in flavour with that bold coffee aroma you’d expect from such a process.

440ml can. Pours very dark brown with a large head. Aroma is sharp roast coffee and a little dark chocolate. Taste has watery roast coffee and a little chocolate.
