A single hop IPA brewed using one of our favorites, Mosaic ! Extra pale, oats and wheat malt in the mash we then fermented out with LA3. Finishing up with a 16g/L helping of Mosaic. All the big papaya, stone fruit and herbal notes on display here. One for all the Mosaic fiends!

330ml can via Beer52. Drank in my garden before the England v Norway on 11th July 2026 (World Cup quarter final). Light haze to the golden body, white roof. Not too sure what they have done, but it didn't smell or taste of Mosaic hops at all, it was more metallic and almost Saison/farmhouse funky too me.

Foamy white head on a hazy dark golden coloured body.
Pale malt, buttery & citrus aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy dry & cloying.
Orange, chalky, herbal & stone fruit tastes with a strange cleaning fluid undercurrent.
Not happy with this.
