Barrel Aged 228 Tripel transferred onto 2000 lbs of Pinot Gris grape pomace, then transferred to stainless and dry-hopped with 2lbs / bbl Galaxy and Idaho 7 hops.
Bottle conditioned and carbonated to 2.7 volumes.

750 mL bottle from the brewpub. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a few small particles. Aroma is grape tartness, brett. Flavors of green and red grapes, pear, a bit overripe. Drying grape finish. I can't really say I recognize anything from the base beer, and I don't think the grape aging is really hitting me right. So it's just okay to me.
