Series: HOP IDOLシリーズ
Naming: If IPAs were considered to be a show, there's no denying that the star of it is the hops. Normally it's more like a blend - a band, if you will - of multiple hops performing together. For this series, however, it's a solo artist - a "Hop Idol", if you will, showcasing their individual talents on the big stage. Who would you vote for? The star of this show is Cashmere, the hop we really fell in love with on our trip to the US last year, bringing an unbelievable array of fruity layers to the fore.
Food Pairing:
Seafood ceviche and carpaccio, coconut-heavy chicken curry, grilled shrimp and scallops in lemon butter sauce
Specs:
Series: HOP IDOLシリーズ
Style: Oat Cream IPA
ABV: 6.5%
Allergens: Milk

Orange-ish gold with slightly rocky off-white foam that leaves decent lacing behind. The aroma is like believing Tabasco or sticky icky while the taste is a really interesting sort of candied pine needles and branches.
I think the only one in this series I’ve not tried is mosaic as it sold out before I ever saw it ;)
