On tap at Victory in Downingtown. It pours a mostly clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is lemony and bready. Lemon curd. The flavor is nice and pleasant with wheat, lemon and very light flowery notes. Very clean and crisp. Nice light, yet creamy body. A top notch Berliner!

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 11/16/2016. Pours lightly hazy golden/straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, hay, wood, vanilla, floral, light funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, elderflower, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of tart lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, hay, wood, vanilla, floral, light funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Fair amount of fruity/acidic tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, wood, vanilla, floral, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, elderflower, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from acidity as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with very smooth, fairly crisp/acidic, and grainy/creamy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a very good spiced Berliner weiss. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, elderflower, and pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
