12oz bottle. Hazy unfiltered body. Thin non head. Big, sour, cheesy tones. The elderflower gives it some depth. Drinks more like a Gose to me than a typical Berliner, but I suppose that is splitting hairs. Pretty solid offering, well done.

Bottle: Clear, light gold with a tall white head. Floral, lemon, grain aroma. Taste is nicely puckering.....lemon, elderflower... A soft sweetness on the backside...... Really enjoyable.

Bottle: Light golden yellow color with a slight haze, moderate white head. Nose is inviting, just a little sweeter than the typical Berliner with a bit of tropical fruit. Taste is tart and fruity, even a little brine. I found this to be quite refreshing.

Bottled. Nose of yogurt, well lactic, herbal, with lemon, grapefruit, elderflower. Very pale gold with lace. Quite tart, lemony flavor, creamy lactic. Not as flowery as the nose. Good balance.

Super hazy golden coloured body with a nice soapy head, about three centimetres tall, pure white. Aroma of sour grapes, tons of yeast and wheat, a nice floral and grassy kick, but the sour raspberry and funky kick is the most evident. Light-bodied; Strong sour flavour at first with grapes, apples and pears noticeable, but fades to a nice refreshing wheat and yeast characteristic. Aftertaste shows some funk, grass, lemons, citrus and slightly salty elements as well - robust throughout, but the sour lemons and grass make it even better. Overall, a great refreshing beer with a lot of citrus and floral flavours along with a smooth sweet finish and a touch of the sour flavours as well - very nice throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 15-November-2016 for US$2,64 sampled at home in Washington on 12-February-2017.

Weak straw nose with the slightest hint of sourness. Tart but restrained, with a bright grapefruit middle that fades into a lovely vanilla-tinged floral finish. Tasty but a bit mild.
