Lord Lord Shredder Shredder is double blood orange, double dry-hopped Master Shredder. We actually used 3 times the amount of blood orange purée than regular Lord Shredder(over 10lbs per BBL), but decided we would save the space on our menu board instead of naming it Lord Lord Lord. This one is juuuuiiiccceee. Insanely hoppy juice. We reduced the initial IBU's so that the perceived bitterness from the double dry-hopping is a bit more subdued. Man! We're stoked on this 6.3% variant of our beloved flagship IPA Master Shredder.

16oz pint can, courtesy of riversideAK, pours with a hazy copper to gold body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma offers up a rush of fresh blood orange flowing into some mango and a light sense of maltiness. The taste delivers firm juicy blood orange as well as bitter grapefruit, juicy mango and a tangy tangerine note. Beneath the fruitiness is s mild supportive cracker like maltiness. This comes together wonderfully.

Tap into a snifter showing a finger of clean white foam and lightly filtered orange peel. The nose shows rich pine and concentrated orange zest. The palate is light bodied and fully yet smoothly carbonated, almost similar to a nitro. Strong flavors of juicy citric orange with hefty notes of zest in between. Barely any bitterness except a slight orange zestiness.
