Bottle at the DC RateBeer tasting. Hazy golden orange. Aromas of rum, oak, vanilla. Tastes of apples, honey, oak, light rum. Light body with a dry finish. Not a big fan of the rum barrel with this.

750ml bottle pours a murky, blood orange color with some cloudy, white head. Nose is clear with vinegar/acid, stone fruits but nail polish too. Flavor has plum, white plum, nail polish, pomegranate vinegar. Very hot finish.

750ml bottle at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Batch 002. Poured a dark, mostly clear ruby red color with a little bit of purple in there. Virtually no head at all. Tart, funky fruit, some rum, plum. Pretty tasty.

Bottle of tasting. Hazy dull gold. Very sour aroma. Maybe a mild plum if I smell hard enough. Appley for sure. But lots of sour. Flavor is less sour it my palate has adjusted. Long tart and dry finish. I'd like more balance.

Bottle sample at the source. Hazy to cloudy reddish amber color, still. Aroma of spirits, vanilla, floral fruit. Taste is tart plum, fruity, very dry finish. Very tasty.
